WORTH THE WAIT? CODA ELECTRIC CAR

2012 Coda Electric Sedan front three quarter assembly lineThe California-made automaker Coda (similar background with Fisker) made a plan with Chinese Automaker Great Wall Motors to produce a 'cheap, affordable' electric vehicle, or EV. The reason why the vehicles look similar to some old cars is because the design has to be similar to the Great Wall Motor's lineup. Coda says that they sold the Coda sedan (launched in California) in 'low numbers', meaning that the car didn't sell well. It is quite easy to see why, since this car is almost 40 grand, and has a design of a car 10 years ago. If you are interested in this car, take your time to compare other electric/plug-in vehicles such as the Nissan Leaf and the Chevy Volt.
