Don't worry, the screen won't freeze at low temperature because it is always heated. We did see something similar with some concepts, but they had cameras instead of the side-view mirrors, not the rear-view one. This really is truth in engineering.
This is a automotive enthusiast's page. It includes things like spy shots, facts/pictures of the day, summaries, and so much more! This page will probably be updated at least two times a week, so tune in every day or so for details...
REVOLUTION OF REAR-VIEW MIRRORS
If you looked at the video of the Audi R8 e-tron (posted yesterday), you would've seen an unusual type of a rear view mirror. It looked similar to the back-up cameras on most vehicles today. That's because the mirror was a back-up camera, kind of. The car had a camera for its rear-view mirror. Audi will probably put this revolutionary 'mirror' on its vehicles probably soon.
