SUV TREND?

SUV are very popular on the US market, and it seems that Lamborghini has taken a new direction to appeal its customers. The internet leaked a photo of what looks like the Lamborghini Urus SUV concept, which was supposed to be only shown at the Beijing Auto Show later this year. The car is also made out of lots and lots of carbon fiber reinforced polymer. The design looks pretty good for an SUV, and has a jet-like stying like all of the other Lamborghini vehicles on the lineup.

There is only one problem. If this vehicle goes to production, who will buy it? It uses the same engine as the Lamborghini Gallarado and has four wheel drive. Probably no one will take it off road because A, they don't want to scrape the paint or hurt the car in any way, and B, because it can't. This vehicle was most likely designed to only be in the road, so for that money, why not get a Gallardo or an Aventador instead? An SUV stands for 'Sport Utility Vehicle', and unfortunately, the vehicle looks like it fails to pass the utility part.
